What's in a session?

Most of these sessions are the same format, the only differences are time and place. We split them up into small groups according to skill level and give them ideas, tips and challenges to further their skill.

  • Arrival time: get your pads on and roll around the park.

  • Group Stretch: Meet your instructors and do some stretches to get ready for shreddy.

  • Group lessons: Skaters are split into groups up to 5 (sometimes 6) to an instructor at a specific zone in the park. Here they will warm up with what they know then focus on getting better at those skills and learning new tricks. After every half hour they will switch zones until class is over.
